CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that H2H26 has a strict 20 min cancelation policy. If you are 20 min late, it is considered a no call/no show and is at the discretion of the stylist to do one or all of the following:

  • Automatically cancel the appointment and charge our cancelation fee.
  • If stylists keep appointments, they are entitled to skip steps of the service such as but not limited to washing, styling, etc.
  • Stylists may reschedule appointments for a later day.

If you have not called or not shown up to your appointment and your card is declined, you will be blocked from booking until the fee is fully paid and accounted for. If the client fails to meet the standard of H2H26's 48-hour cancelation policy 3X there will be a block of any appointments being made in the future.

A credit card is required at the time of the booking for all services but not be charged unless an appointment is no call/no showed, late arrival or the client and stylist agree upon this form of payment.

REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

At H2H26 we pride ourselves on our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We will do our very best to ensure all guests are satisfied with all the services provided. Due to unforeseen variables, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can be miscommunicated.

No matter what, our guest's satisfaction is our number one priority. We ask that any guest that needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to the studio within 48 hours of their original service. Please be aware that shampooing hair within 48 hours will affect what adjustments can be made.

Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed, the owner Jenny Wayne will determine the proper course of action.


While adjustments can be made, NO REFUND will be issued.
By agreeing to the service, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of the service that same day.

CHILDREN AND PETS

Children under the age of 16 may book services, but they must stay under the supervision of an adult who is required to be with them the entire time.

We do not service children under the age of 8.

For everyone's safety please do not bring pets or children with you to your appointment.
