A Little Note Before Your Visit
At Hairway 2 Heaven 26, we want every visit to be a wonderful experience! To help us provide the best service while respecting everyone’s time, we kindly ask our guests to review our salon guidelines.

notice to cancel or reschedule
50% Fee
for changes under 48 hours & missed appointments

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, along with missed appointments, are subject to a 50% fee based on the scheduled service total.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Running a Little Late?
We know life gets busy! If you’re running behind, please give us a call.
Arrivals of 20 minutes or more past your appointment time may require us to adjust your service or reschedule your visit. A cancellation fee may apply.
Loving Your Hair
Your happiness means everything to us! If something about your service doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us within 48 hours so our team can review your concerns and discuss any necessary adjustments.

Personal Belongings
Hair color and chemical services can occasionally stain clothing or personal items. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little color on.
While we take every precaution, we cannot assume responsibility for accidental damage to personal belongings.
Repeated Cancellations
To ensure fairness to our stylists and other guests, clients who violate our 48-hour cancellation policy three times may have future booking privileges restricted.

Unexpected situations come up, and we understand! Our management team may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
